What currency are the prices displayed in?

Our website has newly implemented currency conversion for selected countries.Select the currency you are using in the navigation bar at the top right hand corner. If your currency is not listed, the default pricing will be in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

- Pay with Credit/Debit Card through PayPal

What is PayPal?

PayPal is a secure payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online in 190 countries. It is the most popular payment methods online today. For more information, please refer here.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to perform any refund for purchases made. We are however, happy to exchange your purchases with another item or offer you with a store credit! Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days from the date your purchases have been delivered. The merchandise must be in their original condition, unworn & unwashed, with their tags still attached.

Merchandise can also be exchanged in store. For returns via post, please download the returns form here. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a store credit to your account within 14 days, Store credits must be utilized within the next 30 days. Any unused, expired store credit will be forfeited.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable & any further charges due to the exchange will be borne by the customer.

In the case if we had made a mistake on your order, we will bear all subsequent shipping charges to ensure that you receive the right item.
