Explore the website and click on any item you are interested in to go to it's individual listing. Select the colour you want, your size (see Product sizes in this FAQ section for more information), and quantity. Once you have finalised the details, click the ADD TO CART button.

Click on the cart icon on the top right navigation to go to your consolidated shopping cart. Select your address and shipping method, and proceed to payment.

For items that have an ""Every Piece is Unique Tag"" (generally for batik products), our Customer Service team may contact you to discuss the patterns you would like to purchase. Refer to the ""Every Piece is Unique section in this FAQ section for more details.

Make sure you have already signed in to your account. Click your name on the top right navigation bar. Within My Account, click on Add My First Address. Fill in all the neccessary information and click SAVE.

You can fill in multiple addresses for future uses, using the same procedure.

To place an order online, you will first have to create an account with Utopia.

When you first enter the website, you will see a pop-up asking if you are new here. Key in your email address within the given field to start an account.

If you missed the pop-up window, you can alternatively click the human icon in the top navigation bar to go to the log in page, you will see a section for account creation on the right. Key in your email address and click on the "Create an Account" button below.

You will be led to a page to add in the personal information that you will need for purchases. All information will be kept confidential. Fill up all the required fields in the form and wait for your "welcome" e-mail with all your new account information.
