- International order shipping will start on 25th April.
- The maximum mask quantity for each order is 120 items.
- For ordering more than 120 items, please contact us.

Every piece is unique
What does this mean?
Batik is not mass-produced, and each piece usually looks very different from the other. We personally source our batik fabrics and utopia's designs usually involve incorporating several different prints together. Because of the intricate patterns and colours, great care must be taken when cutting the batik. It is an artisanal process, that's why no two designs are identical, and that is a promise we make.
Before use
For hygiene purposes, we recommend washing the mask before use. No exchange and return for masks.

1. I see the error message “There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected.” or “The product selection cannot be delivered by the available carrier(s). Please amend your cart.”, what does this mean?
Kindly check your cart if you have more than 120 mask items? For international order, our max order quantity is 120 items. Kindly contact us for bulk order.
2. What if I want to purchase masks items and normal items in one shipment for international orders?
Please separate your purchase as the international shipping rate are different between masks and normal items.
3. Can I adjust the length of the elastic?
Yes you can.
4. How do i track my shipment?
Tracking number will be given once item is shipped.
